Location: Warrington / Remote
As a Growth & Transformation Executive, you will support strategic initiatives across sales, marketing and the wider business, helping to drive growth, transformation and the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
Positioning and Commercial Alignment
Support the co-ordination of positioning and commercial effectiveness initiatives across the full customer journey.
Help ensure messaging, propositions and value articulation remain aligned across:
Sales
Marketing
Customer-facing activity
Work with the marketing and sales managers to drive improvements and maintain consistency of positioning and experience across campaigns, sales enablement and customer engagements.
Track progress and dependencies across positioning-related projects and initiatives.
AI Transformation and Adoption
Work closely with the AI Lead within the R&D team to co-ordinate sales and marketing AI initiatives.
Support the rollout and adoption of AI pilots, tools and productivity initiatives.
Help teams understand and maximise opportunities around:
Productivity
Automation
Content creation
Operational efficiency
Gather feedback, usage insight and learning from pilot projects.
Support transition of projects into business operations.
Support communication and engagement around AI transformation initiatives.
CRM Transformation and Adoption
Support the management and co-ordination of the CRM transformation project from a Sales and Marketing perspective.
Work alongside the team leading the CRM project to ensure:
Business requirements are understood
Adoption plans are effective
Teams are engaged and informed
CRM usage aligns to commercial and operational needs
Help monitor adoption, utilisation and ROI of CRM-related initiatives.
Assist with communication, training co-ordination and stakeholder engagement.
OKR Programme Collaboration
Work with the OKR Programme Manager, Coach Mentor, OKR Coaches and Strategic Leads to support collaboration and alignment across OKR squads.
Help ensure OKR priorities, initiatives and progress are clearly communicated internally.
Support OKR workshops, follow-up actions and engagement activity.
Encourage collaboration and visibility between teams and initiatives.
Growth, Sales and Marketing Projects
Support a range of cross-functional growth and transformation projects across Sales and Marketing.
Assist with:
Project planning
Stakeholder co-ordination
Progress tracking
Internal communication
Workshop and meeting facilitation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, alignment and ways of working.
Work from our Warrington office 1-2 days a week.
Skills & Attributes
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
Curious about technology, digital transformation and AI.

Experience & Background
Degree or equivalent qualification in:
Business
Marketing
Technology
Management
Digital Transformation
Or similar discipline
Relevant work experience, placements or internships in:
Sales
Marketing
Project co-ordination
Technology
Business operations
Customer-facing environments
Exposure to CRM systems, marketing tools or AI technologies is desirable.
Interest in B2B technology and digital transformation.

You’ll report into and work closely with the Business Engagement Manager, Stevie Hull, and work collaboratively with the rest of the Business Engagement Consultant team.
We have a hybrid approach to working - you’ll have the autonomy to choose where you want to work to get the job done alongside regular planned in-person interaction with the Business Engagement team and wider business at our Warrington office. However, you must have an adequate home office set up if you chose to work from your home address.
