Marketing and Internal Sales Administrator

As a Marketing & Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the consistent and high‑quality delivery of our marketing and internal sales administration activity.

You will help ensure the rhythm of the department runs effectively, supporting colleagues across teams as they plan, communicate and collaborate. Your work will range from inputting & maintaining accurate CRM information, preparing essential documents and assist with internal and external events, to supporting internal communications.

You will help us strengthen engagement with Datel's future customers by reaching out to contacts through utilisation of tools such as Email, Phone & LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reintroduce, gather updates and ensuring follow‑up actions happen at the right time. As Datel continues to evolve, you will also contribute to the exploration and adoption of AI and new tools that improve productivity and enhance the Datel experience for colleagues and customers alike.

You will bring strong organisation, accuracy and a natural ability to keep things moving. You will be a proactive problem‑solver who spots what needs to be done and takes ownership, working with pace and care in a busy environment. You will communicate clearly and professionally, learn quickly and adapt well to changing priorities, systems and processes.

Experience within administrative or business support roles will help you thrive, as will confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, CRM tools, DocuSign and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

You will enjoy working with people, managing varied tasks and contributing to a culture built on trust, collaboration and shared ownership. An interest in technology and how AI can support better ways of working will be an advantage.

You’ll report into and work closely with Stevie Hull, Business Engagement Manager, and be joining a highly skilled and collaborative Business Engagement team that forms part of our wider Marketing function that is focused on quality, building a progressive technology brand and delivering marketing results that contribute to Datel’s success.
