Project Support Administrator Apprentice

We're looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our team.

Location: Warrington / Remote

Job details

As a Project Support Administrator  Apprentice, you will support project coordination and administration across delivery teams while developing valuable business skills through a apprenticeship.

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll support Project Managers and delivery teams with administrative and coordination tasks across multiple workstreams, helping to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll maintain accurate, up-to-date project data and documentation within centralised systems.

Using Monday.com, you’ll complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to a high standard, while monitoring the Project Support Inbox and responding promptly to queries.

You’ll play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience by supporting timely, accurate project delivery and helping to ensure customer expectations are met.

Collaboration is key. You’ll liaise with internal teams to gather information, support delivery, and keep everything aligned. You’ll also apply your apprenticeship learning in a practical environment, building valuable skills as you go.

What to bring

You will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an organised approach to your work. You will be comfortable communicating with others and keen to develop your confidence in a professional setting.

You don’t need previous project experience, but you should be motivated to complete an apprenticeship and interested in building core business and administrative skills.

Attention to detail, reliability and a proactive mindset will help you succeed in this role.

What we offer in return

We offer a structured Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship combined with hands on experience in a live project environment. You will receive support, mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues who are invested in your development.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and people focused culture, with the opportunity to build skills that create a strong foundation for future progression into project coordination, PMO or wider business support roles at Datel.
