Datel Computing Ltd. - List of subprocessors​

The following is a list of the subprocessors Datel Computing Limited uses when supplying products and services to its customers. The list is separated based on products. As Datel operates as a Sage product reseller, where a customer purchases a Sage product, Sage UK will always process the customer’s personal data in connection with that product. All other subprocessors listed will only process customer’s personal data where a customer opts to take functionality supplied by such subprocessor as part of the solution they purchase from Datel. 

Datel has contractual provisions in place requiring each of its subprocessors to process to customer personal data in compliance with UK Data Protection Laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. 

Datel may update this list from time to time.

Where Datel is supplying services to customers, these will generally be supplied by Datel personnel. Occasionally Datel may use external subcontractors to assist in the provision of certain services to customers. Where this is the case Datel will take the steps to minimise any customer personal data processed by such subcontractor, as well as ensuring the necessary contractual and technical safeguards are in place to ensure the subcontractor processes such personal data in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws and standards.  

Sage Operating Companies

In addition to the above subprocessors, Sage operates a network of companies on a global basis, who make available ‘language and legislation packs’ to customers who need to operate in a specific territory. Each entity providing language and legislation packs on behalf of Sage is a separate company. These entities may process customer personal data in order to supply language and legislation packs to customers. Sage UK has technical, organisational and contractual measures in place with each provider of language and legislation packs which means such data transfers are conducted in compliance with UK Data Protection Laws.
