As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will be involved in contributing to the planning of content creation and delivery through a variety of resources.
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will work closely with our Content Manager to understand content requirements for various audiences and campaigns, contributing to Datel’s positioning as a modern cloud company.
Your role involves contributing to the planning of content creation and delivery through a variety of resources, including internal teams, agencies, and freelancers. Engaging in the briefing process, you will ensure content is delivered within timescales while managing feedback and edits to ensure it consistently reflects the Datel brand and tone of voice.
You will gain hands-on experience in producing a wide range of content, including photography, video, webpages, social media posts, infographics, emails, blogs, presentations, and documents. With our very own film studio, and a growing focus on video content, you’ll assist in production, and take charge of editing some videos firsthand.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the marketing delivery team to hand over content for publishing, actively seeking opportunities for improvement based on analytics and feedback.
Keeping up-to-date on marketing trends, you will research and integrate new ideas into our plans, contributing to the creation of impactful and innovative content.
Passion for creativity: A genuine passion for creativity and design is at the core of this role as you help us position the Datel brand.
Knowledge of creative tools: Display interest or experience in creative tools, including the Adobe suite, Canva, or similar software.
Demonstrated creativity: Showcase examples of creative projects from work, academia, or personal experiences.
Self-motivation and adaptability: The ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities is essential in our fast-paced team.
Attention to detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, which is key when creating content that represents our brand.

Your apprenticeship will take a minimum of 18 months in partnership with our training provider, GingerNut, using remote, on-line teaching and learning.
You will receive off the job training for a minimum of 20% of the time you are paid to work, with many activities counting towards the OTJ hours such as:
We're looking for someone with good GCSE English 6/B or above and grade 4/C in Maths.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 09.00 to 17.30 with one hour for lunch (unpaid), totalling 37.5 hours per week.
This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 1 day in the office, sometimes more.
Please note the Warrington office is not easily accessible via public transport.
