Location: Remote / Warrington office
Our Sage 1000 support consultants work together to support the needs of customers including responsing to Sage 1000 queries and issues, dealing with urgent issues and delivering the highest standards of customer service.
We’re looking for someone with a technical/functional background and a good understanding of underlying business processes to join our dedicated team in Customer Support Services.
You’ll love solving problems creatively, drawing on your own knowledge and sharing insights with other team members to provide fast and efficient solutions to sometimes complex issues, all the while creating and maintaining customer loyalty by ensuring excellent customer service.
We are open to applications from candidates looking for a full time or part time role.
We are looking for someone who has existing or prior knowledge and experience of Sage 1000/Line 500 and a high degree of business and product knowledge. You will be personable, a problem solver with a genuine curiosity to improve your technical knowledge and gain new skills.
You’ll be enthusiastic about technology and bring an inquisitive mind, positive attitude, bags of enthusiasm, and share our values and commitment to quality and customer service to deliver the high standard of services we are renowned for and work well as part of a team.
Have experience working with Windows, SQL Server, using SQL queries to analyse database information, database management skills such as maintenance plans, security, back-ups, scheduled tasks, and a good understanding of Sage 1000 architecture, is desired, although not essential.
