Our Monitor service uses automated scripts to perform proactive system checks, with results reviewed each morning by a Datel Support Consultant. Any identified issues are addressed promptly, often before the customer becomes aware of them.
In contrast, Break-Fix Support relies on the customer logging an issue, which may mean problems go unnoticed for days or even weeks.
While the Monitor service is highly effective, it does not capture all issues, such as those arising from daily processing within the Sage 200 solution.
With standard SQL Support, there are no proactive checks or ongoing monitoring. While we set up maintenance plans, we won’t know if something goes wrong unless you spot it and report it to us.
