Datel has acquired full IP rights for Fusion Capture and DefCaptureX3, strengthening its Fusion portfolio and reinforcing its long-term investment in innovative, integrated solutions for Sage customers.
Datel is pleased to announce that it has acquired the full intellectual property (IP) rights for Fusion Capture and DefCaptureX3 for Sage X3 from Defacto Solutions Limited, strengthening its Fusion portfolio of solutions for Sage customers.
This acquisition marks a significant investment in the continued development of the Fusion suite and enables Datel to take full ownership of Fusion Capture’s future direction, ensuring seamless integration with Sage X3 and long-term product stability for customers.
As part of this agreement, Marcus Kendrew has transferred from Defacto to Datel, bringing his experience and product knowledge to support the next phase of Fusion Capture’s evolution within Datel’s R&D team.
