Datel acquires Percipient Sage X3 business

Following a period of consultation, the two leading Sage partners have agreed on a deal to transfer 29 Sage X3 customers and 9 team members from Percipient to Datel.

Andrew Pritchard, Managing Director of Datel, comments;

“The acquisition will be effective from the 1^st of May 2023, with both customers and staff integrating seamlessly with our existing offering. This significant investment underlines our commitment to Sage and the Sage X3 product portfolio, and further strengthens our position as a leading Sage business partner in the UK”

The Percipient customers and team members join an existing team of over 120 customers and 43 accredited Sage X3 people across support, consultancy, project management and sales teams.  This is further supported by the wider Datel team including a bespoke development team and an R&D team, which focuses on delivering Datel Fusion solutions for our customers.
